NTI XIV Equipment & Training Survey Results

The information below was retrieved from the Equipment & Training Survey forms that practitioners were asked to fill out.  Since only 60% of the forms were turned in, the data presented may be skewed due to the small sample size.  Due to “rounding”, percentages may not equal 100 %.

 

Average age of practitioners-46 years old.

Seventy-eight percent of those returning surveys indicate that they routinely carry a firearm on a daily basis.

 

Of those respondents that indicated they carry a firearm on a daily basis, 28% did not use that firearm during NTI XIV.

 

Thirty percent had served on active duty in the military.

 

Ninety-six percent had attended a formal firearms training course during the past year.
